6. Orders Shipped in Error

In the unlikely event that Skyfé mistakenly ships an order that has already been canceled, refunded, or otherwise should not have been fulfilled, the customer agrees to promptly notify Skyfé upon receipt.

The customer must either:

  • Return the unopened products using the prepaid return label provided by Skyfé; or
  • Submit payment if they choose to keep the products.

Customers may not retain products shipped in error without either returning them or paying for them.
