Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Please note that during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dominican Republic: 1–3 business days

  • United States: 4–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Skyfé is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
